Over the last two years, Calvary has gone through a transition process involving discerning our identity and mission, searching for a new lead pastor, and working through decisions the Christian Reformed Church has made at Synods the last several years. This process brought Calvary through many conversations together, digging deeper into hard topics and asking tough questions of ourselves and who we are as a church in our community.  This ultimately led to the decision to disaffiliate from the Christian Reformed Church, a process which was finalized in September, 2026. We are currently discerning which (if any) denomination will be our best home as we wholeheartedly pursue our mission to share the transformational love of Jesus Christ with our neighbors.

We also praise God for leading Calvary to call our new Pastor Matt Borst, who began in September 2026.
